Keto Week 12 – Review

Still feeling the after effects from my cold so still not on peak form this week and food was generally a lot of meals that are quick to prepare, or that I had kept frozen portions of in the freezer.

Whilst I was roughly tracking carbs, I didn’t pay too much attention to everything else.

Start Weight: 77.9 kg (172 lbs) (4 Aug 2019)

Weight after Week 12: 69.0 kg (152 lbs)
Total Loss: -8.9 kg (20 lbs)
