Keto Week 14 – Review

So after a week and a half of the longest gout flare I’ve ever had, the swelling and pain is finally subsiding and I can *nearly* put weight on my ankle again. The Naproxen painkillers really made me feel sick though, so food was pretty much a case of ‘roughly low carb / whatever I could stomach / quick meals’ this week.  Also was still having to have breakfast for the medication, so had a small bowl of Greek yogurt each morning.

Period started on Saturday so that’s settling now as well, so fingers crossed, next week is back on track again!

All in all, happy to have maintained over this painful period, and looking forward to this week!

Start Weight: 77.9 kg (172 lbs) (4 Aug 2019)

Weight after Week 13: 68.6 kg (151 lbs)
Overall Loss: -9.3 kg (20.5 lbs)
