Keto Week 15 – Review

So after last week’s optimism, I seem to have either not entirely got over the gout, or I had a back-to-back attack because it seemed to mostly disappear, but then came back over the weekend in its usual place. Thankfully, due to sitting still pretty much all of Sunday and having the naproxen on hand, it seems to be better under control this time.

This has meant that despite a strong start to the week, the weekend was lazier so I could stay off my ankle. Despite this, the scales shifted again, so it’s nice to see some progress.

Start Weight: 77.9 kg (172 lbs) (4 Aug 2019)

Weight after Week 15: 67.8 kg (150 lbs)
Overall Loss: -10.1 kg (22 lbs)
