Keto Week 16 – Review

Finally able to get some weight on my ankle this week, but food was still relatively simple, back-to-basic keto style for minimum standing.

Complete NSV at the weekend was having to buy some wardrobe staples (tops and jeans) in a size 12 as everything is getting visibly big and baggy! I cannot remember the last time I *intentionally* bought a size 12 in anything!

Start Weight: 77.9 kg (172 lbs) (4 Aug 2019)

Weight after Week 16: 67.6 kg (149 lbs)
Overall Loss: -10.3 kg (22 lbs)
