Keto Week 28 – Catching Up

So I might have been slacking on updates… between the Christmas break then hitting the ground running at work this year, blogging kinda fell by the wayside. My intention was to maintain the current weight I’d lost and although I transitioned intentionally to eating low carb for the period (largely to save time with weighing and logging), I stayed pretty much low carb (under 50g) for the entire time. Today’s weigh-in was amusing as it showed me at the exact same weight that I was the last time I posted here! I’ve no doubt it’s probably fluctuated wildly in this time, but overall I’m happy and still rocking the size 12 jeggings I bought in November!

Definitely about time to get back to business though and I’ve developed some great keto adaptations that I’ll share here as well!

Start Weight: 77.9 kg (172 lbs) (4 Aug 2019)

Weight after Week 28: 67.6 kg (149 lbs)
Overall Loss: -10.3 kg (22 lbs)
